Philip brings years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to all of our building projects. Philip has been working with local architects and building homes in the central Austin area for more than a decade. He strives to accurately construct the vision of the architect and designer resulting in consistent client satisfaction. He is skilled in many aspects of construction including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, concrete work, masonry, and finish out. Philip is also extremely knowledgeable in environmental remediation practices. He has provided home and property inspection services to realtors, homeowners, and insurance agents.
In addition to his construction and building experience, Philip has extensive experience as a project and facility manager. He worked for the Austin Museum of Art as their facility and operations manager at both the downtown and Laguna Gloria locations. He was an integral part of the Laguna Gloria Restoration Committee in 2000 and 2001. His volunteer work includes years of involvement with the Austin Art Alliance in planning, set-up, and operations for the annual art festival, formerly known as Fiesta. He traveled to Mexico in 2003 as part of a team that supervised the building of three homes for Habitat for Humanity. Philip holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
