“In the fall of 2009, we hired Philip to do a major renovation to our home we had just purchased.  For this renovation we gutted the entire interior of the house, changed the layout of the floor plan, renovated the kitchen and two bathroom, added two bathrooms and a laundry room.  The electrical systems, new speaker wires, plumbing and AC were all updated/installed.

This was the third remodel on an old house and as this old house threw us curve balls Philip was able to provide solutions and was able to make our plans happen.  Philip is great to work with, if a mistake was made, Philip had it fixed and did not fight us on it.  He has a good base of sub contractors who we still call on occasion.

All contractors will drive a home owner crazy at some point, but we ended this project on very good terms with Philip and consider him a friend.  We  have continued to hire him for other smaller projects and have happily recommended him to our friends and neighbors. “
